After samples of customized bags are finished, the cost calculation department starts to count up the consumption, unit price, and the loss of various raw materials. For any factory, it’s inevitable to have losses in raw materials. Different leather materials, auxiliary materials, and the materials with different specifications influence customized bag to have different designs and these designs have different levels of loss rate, and the grotesque lady bags will suffer higher loss rate. Other cost of auxiliary materials include hardware, lining, paper filler, edge coats, thread, glue, etc.       

So this is the reason why customized bag cannot have a quotation at the beginning, and its quotation must be identified based on the check and calculation of cost after samples are made. Such a quotation is the most exact and the most rigorous. And the rigorous quotation of customized bags is the most responsible point to customers.
